Sandro offers a complimentary return policy for all orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless by providing pre-paid return labels and multiple return methods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account or visit our guest return portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup through our carrier partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
